Continental Divide Land Trust is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to work with and assist the Executive Director and committees of the Board of Directors on a variety of programs important to the smooth functioning and on-going success of the organization. The position is multi-faceted and will incorporate aspects of fundraising and membership development, database management, event coordination and marketing, office administration, and conservation stewardship and monitoring program work. It will require a multi-talented, energetic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, able to handle a variety of tasks, work independently, and motivated by a keen interest in land conservation in and around Summit County. THE CONSERVATION FUND is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE/PROJECT ASSISTANT. This is a part-time position (25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday) in our Boulder, CO office providing administrative and project support to our Colorado Director, Western Director and Western Field Representative. Responsible for all administrative functions including receptionist and light bookkeeping duties; preparing reports, presentations and grant proposals; development database and communications; assisting with due diligence on real estate projects; computer trouble shooting; and coordination with staff in TCF's national and field offices.

Bachelor's degree required, plus 3 years prior administrative experience; real estate and/or non-profit experience a plus. Need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone demeanor, excellent business writing skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), familiarity with Quicken desirable. Ability to trouble shoot basic computer hardware, software and network issues. Light bookkeeping skills, database maintenance experience desirable. Positive and flexible attitude, sense of humor, team player. Ability to perform reliably and productively in an unstructured environment. Willingness to work occasional evening or weekend hours. Black Canyon Land Trust seeks Land Steward in Montrose, Colorado. The position is full-Time, non-exempt. The Land Steward position is responsible for the stewardship of BCLT’s conservation easements with a primary focus on monitoring. The Land Steward will have extensive contact with landowners and will complete multiple field surveys to assess the status of conserved properties in comparison to easement restrictions. The Land Steward will be responsible for considerable electronic information management regarding monitoring reports, and the status of conserved properties and land ownership. Colorado Cattlemen's Agricultural Land Trust seeks Director of Conservation. The Director of Conservation coordinates and oversees the agricultural land conservation program of the land trust as well as all stewardship and monitoring of CCALT's protected properties. Key requirements include the ability to work independently with initiative, motivation, flexibility, and confidentiality. Requires extensive experience or background knowledge of agriculture, resource management and land conservation and involves coordination with the entire staff of CCALT. Also required is the ability to interact with the general public and more specifically agricultural landowners, land trust supporters and members of the Colorado Cattlemen's Association. The Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory is currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Development to take leadership for all our fundraising efforts. Reporting to the RMBL's Executive Director and working closely with the RMBL's Board of Trustees, the Development Director serves as a fund-raising expert and lead development professional. The Development Director identifies and cultivates major donor prospects, directs our foundation and corporate giving program, and plans and executes special fundraising campaigns. The Development Director also serves as a member of the Lab's senior leadership team and participates actively with the Board and the Executive Director in the Lab's strategic planning and program activities.
