transactions from start to finish, and
for managing procedures and systems to
coordinate project applications and transaction
tracking. The LPS also supervises the
Monitoring Program and Land Steward.
As part of stewardship management responsibilities,
the LPS coordinates and participates

Qualifications: At least a Bachelor’s Degree related to natural resource conservation or non-profit or business administration, proven fundraising experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact well with a wide variety of people, effectively handle multiple projects and work well independently and in a team setting. more info. Colorado Cattlemen's Agricultural Land Trust is seeking a Project Manager. This position will mainly deal with project support of new and existing conservation easements. Work with new easements includes site visits of properties, landowner communication, drafting conservation easement documentation, writing baseline inventory reports and assistance in compliance with IRS requirements. For existing easements, this position has significant responsibilities related to the stewardship and monitoring of CCALT’s protected properties.
