Colorado Forms

The Colorado Department of Revenue has released all the new forms required under last year's HB-1361 for the Colorado conservation easement tax credit program . These forms will be required for all 2007 easement donations. Please see below for links to the forms.

Form DR 1299 is the Colorado Gross Conservation Easement Holders Submission of Information.
Form DR 1303 is the Colorado Gross Conservation Easement Donor Schedule.
Form DR 1304 is the Colorado Gross Conservation Easement Public Information Schedule.
Form DR 1305 is the Gross Conservation Easement Schedule.
