PUBLICATIONS AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES

As the only statewide association assisting land trusts and municipal open space programs across the state, CCLT works to track legislation impacting land conservation for our members' benefit.  As such, we have set up our site to:

    1. alert members to current, proposed legislation that both positively and adversely impacts land protection efforts.  (These are current pieces of legislation that CCLT is tracking.);
    2. provide detailed alerts explaining bills, which CCLT worked to support, that have been enacted into law;
    3. provide federal updates on relevant tax legislation, agricultural programs and policies, and federal programs as the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
